AGING TEST
Continuously on for 1 hour H4 high and low beams for 1 hour each
STROBE TEST
Switching light strobe monitoring and driving components stable for 1 hour
HOT TEST
80 ° C simulated ambient temperature, continuously lit in the oven for more than 15 days
JITTER TEST
The jitter test bench is illuminated for 0.5 hours to simulate turbulence.
FINAL QUALITY INSPECTION
Product quality inspection, observe whether the lamp beads are damaged and the fan is working properly. Monitor the current to observe whether the circuit is normal. Visual inspection to observe whether the lamp beads, wiring, and lamp body are damaged.
